Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before enrolling in this program ("Program") offered by Anchored to Wellness, PLLC ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms.

No Refunds: All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided for any reason. By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that there will be no refunds, whether partial or full, once you have completed the purchase.

Intellectual Property: All materials, including course content, videos, documents, and any other resources provided as part of the Program, are the intellectual property of Provider and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce any Program materials without explicit written consent from Provider.

Personal Responsibility: The Program is designed to provide educational content and guidance. However, your success in implementing the strategies and achieving results is dependent on your individual effort and commitment. Provider cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provider will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program. You agree to hold Provider harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities that may arise from your participation in the Program.

Privacy and Data: Your privacy is important to us. We will collect and use your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By enrolling in the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Modification of Terms: Provider reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enroll in the Program.

 By agreeing to this Agreement, we both acknowledge that we have read, understand, agree to, and accept all of the terms in this Agreement. Electronic signatures of this Agreement are permitted and enforceable. You agree that you have had the opportunity to ask me any questions prior to signing, and your signature indicates that you are in agreement with all of the terms of this Agreement.
