Our refund policy is straightforward: All payments for courses, programs, workshops, or digital resources are non-refundable.

2. Commitment.
I know firsthand how easy it is to second-guess yourself when you’re investing in your health and future. Those little voices creep in:

• “Maybe I don’t really need this.”

• “I should just keep trying to figure this out on my own.”

• “I’m too busy right now. Maybe later.”

But here’s the truth: you made this decision because you’re ready to commit to yourself. My role is to help you stay true to that commitment.
